Code review, testing, and documentation are part of every estimate. We would rather move a date than ship something the next person cannot maintain.
Remote-friendly, few meetings
Work where you focus best. We keep a handful of regular meetings and handle the rest in writing.
Not hiring right now
We are not adding to the team at the moment, but we still read every application.
We hire when the work needs it
Every seat is filled for now. We grow slowly, usually one or two people at a time, and only when client work needs the extra hands.
